About the role

  • This role will consist of conducting individual therapy meetings, collaborating with patients' outpatient teams, and leading patients through their overall treatment program.
  • Our location in Northbrook is our first and largest facility, and consists not only of our widest variety of programs, but also serves as a pilot site for many of our new treatment offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with patients' family members or support system, on a weekly basis or as needed
  • Create individualized weekly schedules for each patient based on need
  • As a Primary Therapist, you'll work thoughtfully with our patients to develop and implement their individualized treatment plans.
  • You'll partner closely with the entirety of our treatment teams, including Group Therapists, Family Therapists, and Prescribers to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.

Nice to have

  • 2 + years of clinical experience conducting individual and family therapy (preferred)
  • The ability to assist families and patients in talking about difficult topics is a necessity.
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple demands simultaneously in a fast paced and changing environment.

Compensation

  • $55,000 - $90,000 USD
