About the role
- Conduct or attend regular meetings with respective business groups.
- Consult with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
Responsibilities
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR Centre of Expertise or HR Shared Services to develop solutions, influence changes to contribute to the development of programs, policies and resources.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Coach Leaders on proactive performance management and development planning and monitoring activities to support optimal employee outcomes.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Advise leaders on and support the development of new job profiles to meet evolving business needs and support the Centre of Expertise in the job profile review and evaluation process.
Requirements
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance in partnership with Centres of Expertise as required.
- Other related duties as required.
- Minimum 5 years of directly related experience with in-depth experience in more than one Human Resources function

Compensation
- $89,420.99 Pay Range Maximum:
- Advise and provide guidance to executive and senior management on annual position budgeting including recommendations on how to leverage positions to achieve business goals.
