Responsibilities

  • This individual will assist in translating business requirements into technical solutions, contribute to troubleshooting and bug fixes, and will support the ongoing improvement of internal applications.
  • Communicate interface solutions and issues to key stakeholders, including management, IT teams, end users, and customer support teams.
  • Maintain and enhance the performance and integrity of all new and existing interface and report applications.
  • Develop, test, and maintain software programs.

Requirements

  • Candidates should have good communication skills and have the ability to understand complex data structures and data exchange.
  • College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science, information systems, or a related field OR
  • Proficiency in Excel and a scripting language.
  • Ability to work independently with direction.
  • Ability to handle simultaneous tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
