Responsibilities

- Managing the full lifecycle of bank accounts - opening, closing, name changes, and signatory updates
- Maintaining board resolutions and AML documentation in accordance with compliance requirements
- Administering bank portals, including system access, user entitlements, and ongoing maintenance
- Supporting internal controls related to bank account governance
- Assisting with the implementation of a new Treasury Management System
- Partnering with the Liquidity Management Director on cash forecasting initiatives Qualifications
- 2-4+ years of relevant experience in treasury, finance, or banking operations
- Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
