About the role
- Serve as a member of MFS' Global Sector Teams and work with fundamental researchers & portfolio managers as a representative of the quantitative research group.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with a team of experienced quantitative analysts and portfolio managers to develop a business with roughly $27bn AUM as of 3/31/2026.

Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience.
- Ability to structure thoughtful, detail-oriented solutions to complex problems with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, inclusive of the ability to listen and incorporate feedback into one's work.
- Proficiency in analysis languages, like Python, Matlab, R.
- Proficiency in SQL.
- Familiarity with financial data software such as Bloomberg or FactSet.
- Proficiency in C#.
Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- This position is eligible for competitive incentive bonus.

- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
- In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
