- Job Description Product design Own the design process end-to-end - from discovery and research to high-fidelity design, prototyping, and delivery - across enterprise and consumer experiences.
- Design systems & craft Contribute to and evolve the Sanas Design System and UI component library, ensuring consistency and scalability across platforms.
- Maintain high design quality standards with thorough documentation, accessibility guidelines, and clean engineering hand-offs.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into design principles and solutions that improve usability and satisfaction.
- Present and communicate design rationale clearly to teammates and stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing and brand to ensure product and brand expressions are unified and globally inclusive.
- Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, accessibility, and responsive design best practices.
- Background in brand or marketing design with a sense of how visual identity scales across product surfaces.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product design with a strong focus on user-centered, data-informed digital products.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototypes, and design system contribution.
- Familiarity with modern "vibe coding" practices using tools like Figma Make.
