About the role
- We're looking for an In-Field Coordinator to be on the ground at experiential events across the province.
- You'll work directly alongside our team of brand ambassadors, owning the operational details that make events run smoothly-from setup through execution to tear-down.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in motion and brings energy to every activation.

- Support and coordinate a team of brand ambassadors throughout each event, keeping execution sharp and consistent

Skills
- High energy and a genuine love for interacting with people
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail under pressure
- Comfort with physical work (lifting, standing, setup/tear-down) for sustained periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel across the province as events require
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (asset)
- Previous experience in experiential marketing, events, or field activation (asset)
Compensation
- The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $42-50K.

- Individual compensation within this range is determined based on job-related factors such as experience, skills, level of responsibility, internal equity, and business needs.
- This range represents the expected base salary for this role and does not include other elements of SALT total rewards program.
