This role is an opportunity for current employees to grow into a leadership position within our Residential Program.
In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating smooth weekend operations across all homes and ensuring high-quality services are delivered consistently, safely, and effectively.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for all residential staff during weekend shifts.
Respond promptly to urgent situations, incidents, and minor emergencies.
Coordinate communication between residential staff, leadership, and on-call management as needed.
Conduct check-ins with homes to ensure services are being delivered in accordance with agency standards.
Ensure proper documentation and communication of incidents, concerns, and follow-up needs to leadership teams.
Help ensure all weekend activities, appointments, medications, and community outings are completed safely and appropriately.
