About the role

  • As a Housekeeping Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the campground.
  • Handle Lost & Found: Collect and properly log found items, ensuring valuables are secured.
  • Report Issues: Identify and report any maintenance concerns, damaged items, or guest complaints to the General Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Keep It Spotless: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines for bathhouses, restrooms, cabins, laundry rooms, pool furniture, game rooms, and other guest-use facilities.
  • Maintain Supplies: Track and report inventory needs for cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toilet paper and paper towels.

Requirements

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required for mobility around the campground.
  • English Proficiency: Ability to understand and speak English fluently.
