About the role
- MFS is seeking an experienced Equity Research Analyst to join our investment team with a focus on Real Estate Investment Trusts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, and investment theses.
- Collaborate with other analysts and portfolio managers to assess cross-sector implications and broader market opportunities.
- Ability to develop differentiated investment insights supported by rigorous research and data analysis.

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex investment ideas.
- Ability to work collaboratively with portfolio managers and investment colleagues in a team-oriented environment.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in finance, business, real estate, economics, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation
- MFS contributes an amount equal to 15% of your base salary to your retirement account that is separate from the company -sponsored 401(k)
- This position is eligible for competitive commission pay.

- This range reflects our good-faith expectation for what we'll pay depending on the candidate's experience, training and education.
- In addition to the salary, we also offer significant and competitive incentive compensation based on both individual and company performance.
