Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for leading multi-disciplinary project teams in developing solutions for key clients.
- Our senior technical leads and experts will be available and engaged to provide guidance and mentorship to the candidate, to facilitate integration with the team and development of opportunities for professional growth.
Requirements
- California Professional Civil Engineer (PE) License OR equivalent from another State with California registration in process and ability to complete within 6 months.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Business development for new and existing clients, including preparation of engineering services proposals, cost estimates, and schedules.
- Experience managing and supervising engineering staff.
