Responsibilities
- Design product features, flows, and interfaces
- Design mockups with various possible implementation solutions for a feature or product
- Maintain graphic standards and branding throughout the product's interface
- 3 to 5 years visual, UX, and/or product design experience
- Expertise with the Adobe design suite, primarily Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- A deep understanding of interaction design and UI patterns
- Proven experience building and improving visual design systems
Nice to have
- have a strong aesthetic sensibility
- have a demonstrable track record of success designing new features or products
- care deeply about delighting end-users with a simple and intuitive user experience
- have thrived and succeeded in delivering high quality products/services in a hyper-growth environment where priorities shift fast
- enjoy brainstorming ideas and solutions, then trying them out
- be comfortable working within an existing visual system and having the opportunity to extend and evolve it
- be detail oriented and sweat the little things that make a product beautiful and easy to use
- handle feedback well
