About the role
- The Customer Service Representative serves as a key liaison between customers and US Conec, ensuring a seamless order-to-delivery experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotes, contracts, and project-level pricing in collaboration with Sales and Product Management
- Maintain detailed records of product specifications, pricing, and customer account activity
- Develop and apply in-depth knowledge of US Conec products, tools, and services
- Support customer account setup and assist with credit information collection
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve quality concerns and meet customer requirements
- Build and sustain strong relationships with assigned accounts and support regional team needs
- Assist Sales with leads, product launches, change notifications, and sample coordination
- 3+ years of customer service, account support, or inside sales experience
- Proven ability to manage customer relationships and navigate challenging situations professionally
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/order management systems
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
