Lead, coach, develop, and actively support the Sync team.
Holds team leaders and external business partners accountable, identifies and coaches on performance gaps, manages interpersonal issues between personnel, and upholds all Site policies and guidelines.
Leads the 4-hour site
Team Leader Connects, which will focus on balancing resources (including External Business Partners) across the site to deliver Benchmark LOT and site KPI (Productivity, Stops, Inventory, etc.) results.
Leads and supports the development of Loss Elimination plans.
Leads Shift Recon and LOT gap meetings.
Leads delivery for Sync related projects.

The ability to work at heights & climb stairs/ladders/platforms, etc., on and around equipment
The ability to use basic hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, etc.
The ability to enter and work in enclosed areas.
The ability to work in extreme temperatures both hot and cold, generally in warehouse conditions including wide variances in temperature, dust and dirt.
18 years of age or older
Have a minimum of a high school diploma, GED or equivalent education
Able to wear required safety personal protective equipment (eye protection, ear protection, safety shoes)
Be willing to work rotating shifts
Work Schedule:
Work schedule depends on the role and could include some combination of day shift and night shift schedules to support the business. Schedule changes will be communicated with advanced notice.
