Job Description Job Title: Procurement Category Manager Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 office days a week) Working Location: Indianapolis, IN Join our Rolls-Royce Business as a Procurement Category Manager.
In this role, you will travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.

You will lead a team of buyers to develop and implement global strategies, fostering strong relationships to enhance and improve Cost Quality and Delivery across Procurement.
You will manage strategic senior level relationships, creating value and competitive advantage, while coaching and mentoring your team to strengthen sourcing capabilities.
This position is crucial for sourcing components for all our products and services to support our Business, with key challenges including supplier consolidation and cost savings.
Manage the identification, assessment, and mitigation of commercial risks within the supply chain to ensure continuity and resilience.
Manage & lead a team of buyer(s) to excel in their tasks by fostering skill development and achieving superior outcomes for the business

Associate degree with 7+ years of procurement experience, OR
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of procurement experience, OR
Master's degree with 3+ years of procurement experience, OR
9+ years of procurement experience in lieu of a degree
