- As we grow our enterprise client base, we need a contractor who can confidently represent Clay in technical discussions, respond to client requests, and ensure we meet the delivery and compliance standards expected at this level.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience serving as a technical point of contact between clients and engineering or delivery teams
- Experience leading technical discussions with enterprise stakeholders
- Experience creating technical documentation for client-facing projects
- Ability to translate technical discussions into clear, structured, and professional documentation
- Strong understanding of modern web platforms and architectures, including Next.js / React-based websites
- Familiarity with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity and website migration projects
- Experience with analytics and tag management tools (GA4, GTM, Heap, or similar)
- Familiarity with privacy and consent management solutions such as OneTrust
- Attention to detail and ability to identify risks, gaps, and implementation considerations before they impact delivery
- You are a perfect fit if you have: Experience serving as a technical point of contact between clients and engineering or delivery teams
