Perform all duties and promote themselves in a manner that reflects the Magna's Employee Charter.
Create production schedules for internal or external suppliers out of internal or external customer demands
Provide daily manpower requirements to production and HR to obtain necessary headcount to perform desired schedules
Develop Kanban methods and pull system to optimize production
Develops "ramp" plans with Program Management and Production Staff for optimum efficiency during launches
Establishes and maintains interdepartmental contacts.

Purchase required steel to satisfy demand for press schedule
Create and execute Purchase Orders and Purchase REQ's as required
Perform other duties as required

Run weekly MRPs and Make necessary changes to MRP output as needed to ensure customer demand coverage
