About the role
- We are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director-level healthcare leader with deep experience in healthcare quality performance, regulatory ratings, and patient safety improvement.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of quality measurement methodologies, ratings programs, patient safety frameworks, and performance improvement strategies.
- Travel: Travel may be required nationwide on a weekly basis.

- Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, nursing, business, or a related field required
- Healthcare quality and safety expertise: Deep knowledge of quality measurement methodologies, ratings programs, patient safety frameworks, and performance improvement strategies.
- Strategic consulting and analytics: Strong ability to interpret complex healthcare data, synthesize insights, communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders, and drive measurable results in hospital operations or consulting environments.
- Leadership and client relationship management: Proven ability to lead teams, manage senior client relationships, influence decision-making, and support business growth in a consulting environment.
