About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage overall production of reserve income, F&I product penetrations and income, and per-vehicle retail ( PVR ) averages in accordance with company standards
Requirements
- This position has a variable schedule Monday - Saturday (Saturdays required) with a day off during the week
- Collect and safeguard all money and fees required in the transactions
Nice to have
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Detail oriented with high quality and technical ex pertise
- Previous experience in a dealership F&I Department, selling of financial services, or auto sales
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- college degree preferred
Compensation
- Competitive earning potential, compensation may range from $8,000.00 - $12, 000.00 per month based on performance
