Responsibilities
- Develop and implement facility-wide security protocols in alignment with Performance-Based National Detention Standards (PBNDS).
- Lead emergency response planning, drills, and incident investigations.
- Maintain detailed records of incidents, disciplinary actions, and security audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Homeland Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have
- Defensive Tactics / Use-of-Force Certification
- ACA or NCCHC accreditation experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- or fluency in other languages.
- Has undergone a federal investigation at the level of Tier 2 or higher
- has been granted favorable suitability/eligibility and has not had a break in service for more than 24 months.
- Detention center experience.
