About the role

A Speech-language pathologist (SLP) provides cutting-edge subspecialized care.
Depending on the area of specialty, clinicians work to prevent, assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adults.
The SLP will also mentor/supervise our in-house SLPAs.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and for billing purposes.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Valid California State License in Speech-Language Pathology- must be maintained throughout employment.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Talents Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulatory requirements.
Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team to achieve quality outcomes, while ensuring precise, timely documentation that meets all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.

Requirements/Qualifications: A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

Current ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) Equivalent to two (2) years of experience providing patient-based services. (preferred) Completion of ASHA supervision requirements. must be maintained throughout employment.

Provide speech and language therapy to patients and/or students in both individual and group settings.
