About the role
- Job Description: Job Specifics Schedule: 4 10-hour shifts with weekends and holidays rotations, with on-call.
- Working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, you'll play an integral role in ensuring safe, timely, and effective medication therapy for patients across our 109-bed critical access hospital.

Responsibilities
- Makes appropriate evidence-based interventions to optimize medication use.
- Identifies potential safety hazards that may create problems for patients and/or staff and takes appropriate actions.
- Supports clinic or hospital and system directives, including clinical, compliance, business operations, standardization, and customer service.
- Supports local and enterprise pharmacy leadership initiatives.

- Current knowledge of state and federal regulations and statutes regarding the practice of pharmacy in the state of practice.
