About the role

  • This is a part-time position responsible for assisting in the overall operation and coaching of the Women's Soccer program in accordance with NCAA Division III, Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC), and Guilford College guidelines.
  • Assist the Head Coach with organizing and conducting practice sessions.
  • Uphold the academic and athletic mission of Guilford College.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel with the team.
  • Ability to foster a culture of inclusion, sportsmanship and academic excellence.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
