About the role
- Position Purpose: Responsible for basic repairs, preventive maintenance, pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and deployment of machines in the rental fleet, including earth-moving, aerial, landscaping, and material handling equipment.
Responsibilities
- 10% Administrative Work - Documents all work performed on tablet technology, including completion of work orders to capture parts usage and labor, performing parts inventory counts, etc
- 30% Perform PMs and PDIs - Performs preventive maintenance (PMs) on equipment according to prescribed schedule/maintenance intervals
- Performs pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) on equipment and trailers to ensure rental readiness prior to deploying to a store
- 30% Perform Troubleshooting & Repairs - Performs troubleshooting and repairs on small engines, including fuel systems, oil and air filtration systems, ignition systems, etc
- Performs maintenance and repairs on trailers

- 30% Perform Troubleshooting & Repairs - Performs troubleshooting and repairs on small engines, including fuel systems, oil and air filtration systems, ignition systems, etc; Changes wheels, tracks, and tires on machines and trailers; Performs maintenance and repairs on trailers

- 20% Perform Inspections
Requirements
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Regular preventive maintenance of equipment is required to ensure that it remains in rental-ready condition, and is less likely to experience breakdowns on the job site.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is between $30.00 - $33.00
