Responsibilities

  • overseeing domestic and international art fair shipments and preparing packing lists, proformas, and other shipping documents.
  • Electronically filing shipping documents, BOLs, and AWBs.
  • Updating internal calendars and shared documents with shipping dates.
  • Obtaining crating and shipping estimates; overseeing domestic and international art fair shipments and preparing packing lists, proformas, and other shipping documents.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate and interested in the arts/larger creative arena or is eager to learn.

Nice to have

  • BA (Art History or Arts Administration preferred).
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects at once.
  • Must be able to work independently and proactively.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, registration, or art shipping.

Compensation

  • Art Fair Inventory Coordinator | $60k - 65k a nnual salary; paid hourly, overtime eligible.
