Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitability models (by customer, route, service, etc.).
- Build dashboards and automated reporting tools to enhance visibility on financial performance.
- Partner with Sales teams to review P&L performance, revenue trends, and forecasts.
- Lead regular business reviews with Sales to evaluate profitability and performance against targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that improve margins and efficiency.
- Support international business units with financial analysis and performance tracking.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, particularly on revenue and profitability components.
- Develop financial projections and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
- Drive standardization of profitability analysis methodologies across the organization.
- Support financial analysis and business case development for special projects and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in administration or accounting
- Relevant experience as a financial analyst (2 to 4 years)
- CPA title (an asset)
- Bilingual (English and French)
- Able to popularize operational activities and transpose them into a financial context
- Demonstrate flexibility, collaboration and initiative
- Excel (Formula, macro and programming an asset)
