Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain rulesets within the decision platform
  • Implement automated processes to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Perform comprehensive unit, integration, and regression testing
  • Validate that decision outcomes align with expected results and business intent
  • Support system performance monitoring and issue resolution
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and expected outcomes
  • Manage assigned deliverables and contribute to project timelines
  • Support releases and deployments, including validation and post-implementation checks
  • Including Paid Charity Hours to support volunteer opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, mathematics, engineering, or related quantitative discipline

Nice to have

  • Master's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related discipline preferred
  • Experience with implementing credit and fraud risk models (R, Python, SAS) preferred
  • Data analysis experience (SQL, Excel, PowerBI) preferred

Compensation

  • $115,000 - $145,000 annually.
  • Final determination of where you are at in the salary range is based on numerous factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, skill set, education, and ability to meet qualifications within the job description.
  • This is a 100% remote role
  • We're currently hiring only within our core locations, which include Maryland (MD), District of Columbia (DC), Virginia (VA), Pennsylvania (PA), Delaware (DE), Indiana (IN), Illinois (IL), South Carolina (SC), Florida (FL), and North Carolina (NC).
