About the role

The Director, Life UW Solutions will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing the strategic vision for Life New Business and Underwriting solutions.
This is a highly visible leadership role focused on market influence, product innovation, and commercial growth.
The ideal candidate will combine deep Life Insurance market expertise with strong product development capabilities and a commercially minded approach to growth.

Lead innovation initiatives and the development of new product offerings from concept through commercialization
Partner with Product, Technology, Business Process Management, and New Product Execution teams to deliver scalable solutions
Collaborate with Client Engagement teams to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities
Support strategic partnership, merger, and acquisition activities aligned with the vertical strategy

Proven experience driving product development, innovation, and commercialization initiatives
Experience influencing business strategy, revenue growth, and product positioning within a commercial environment
Demonstrated ability to operate as a highly motivated self-starter in a fast-paced environment
Experience collaborating across product, sales, technology, and marketing organizations

Familiarity with P&L ownership or contributing to strategic business growth initiatives preferred
Background in insurance, financial services, banking, or other highly regulated industries preferred

Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.Base Pay Range for CO is $118,300 - $219,800.
Base Pay Range for IL is $124,200 - $230,800.
Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $130,200 - $241,800.
Base Pay Range for MD is $124,200 - $230,800.
Base Pay Range for NY is $130,200 - $241,800.
Base Pay Range for New York City is $142,000 - $263,800.

Drive the strategic vision, positioning, and roadmap for Life New Business and Underwriting solutions
10-12+ years of experience within Life Insurance, underwriting, InsurTech, or related B2B data and analytics environments
Strong understanding of Life Insurance new business and underwriting processes, market trends, and customer challenges
