About the role
- You'll work with Finance, Legal and People to turn board-approved decisions into clean records and clear communication.
- That includes issuing grants, supporting 409A and local valuations, and answering employee questions about their equity.
- We're looking for someone who is meticulous about the numbers and who treats employees as customers.
Responsibilities
- You'll own the day-to-day running of it: keeping our cap table accurate and audit-ready, and making sure every grant, exercise and leaver is handled correctly and on time.

Requirements
- Experience with IPO process or having supported transition from private to public
- If you prefer, you can work from our offices in London, New York and Warsaw.
