EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Prior landscaping experience is desirable.

Effective communication in English, both verbal and written, is essential.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division are necessary.
Understanding concepts such as diameter, radius, and circumference is also required.
Candidates should possess an understanding of mechanical systems and their safe and efficient operation.
A valid Florida driver's license is required.
This includes lifting a minimum of fifty (50) pounds safely and performing the expected range of motions for grounds work.
Work may involve standing, sitting, crouching, or lying prone while using hand and power tools.
Communication, both verbally and through hearing, is essential.
Vision requirements include the ability to see close work, distance, depth perception, and adapt to changing light conditions.
This position may involve exposure to hot and cold environments for short periods with appropriate protective equipment.
Humid and wet environments may also be encountered.
Transitioning between job sites within the environment may require bending, crawling, and climbing while ensuring safety.
