- FHCSD is currently seeking a Physician to provide Post-Acute Care in an outpatient setting.
- This position will focus on supporting people who have been recently discharged from inpatient care and patients that have urgent care needs that are not appropriate for the ER.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine exams, common procedures and assessments
Requirements
- Current unrestricted license to practice in the State of California or ability to obtain
Nice to have
- Experience with underserved, low-income, or homeless community members preferred
Compensation
- $290,000 - $335,000 Full Time Annually (part time and per diem also available)
- Sign-on Bonus and up to $50,000 in Annual Incentives
- $290,000.00 - $335,000.00
