- Virtual Maintenance Technicians are no different than on-site maintenance technicians at apartment communities-except you get to work from home.
- Happy Force Virtual Technician assist on-site teams by prioritizing issues and providing clear, step-by-step guidance through messaging to help residents resolve basic maintenance concerns.
