About the role

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, office administration, and computer skills.
  • This position will be tasked with coordinating projects within our sales department from small simple tasks to large projects.
  • A priority of this role is to ensure projects are completed within a timely manner while focusing on quality and staying within a set budget.

Responsibilities

  • Compile, monitor and maintain sales data.
  • Track and report lead generation activities for sales associates.
  • Create PowerPoints for Sales presentations.
  • Maintain Sales Associates weekly data on sales activity.
  • Ensure that the proper marketing and approved brochures and supporting documents are available for meetings/events.
  • Provide support to sales staff as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills are a must have.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
