About the role
- This role is execution-oriented and inherently cross-functional, coordinating work across hardware and software engineering, research and operations.
- This development work is not independent of, but rather on the critical path for 1-3.
- Product: - Translate high-level product goals and technical roadmap into executable plans, milestones, and dependencies. - Track risks, schedules, and cross-team deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality product launches.
Responsibilities
- Act as the program coordination point for customer co-design and onboarding efforts.
- Support technical teams by managing structure, timelines, and communication.
- Collect and synthesize requirements from integration partners and stakeholders, spanning functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. API payload vs API security).
- Support the product development work on QuEra's systems towards industrial-grade, TRL=9 platforms, through disciplined program execution,
