Process new small business loan applications and renewal/modification requests through funding.
Prepares loan documentation and captures loan information according to established procedures, for company-generated and participation bought/sold loans.
Ensures required information and documentation is ordered, executed, and filed, such as for appraisals, collateral, titles, liens, etc.
Funds loans, prepares wires, and posts entries on loans.
Processes loan payments, advance requests, and payoff demands.
Executes lien perfection through recording/filing with appropriate state and county offices.
Closes out paid-off files, including releases of collateral, discharges of deeds of trust, and related processes.
Prepare new vehicle titles to request payment from loan servicer.
