Responsibilities

  • The Truckload Logistics Specialist is the operational support for our nationwide sales team.
  • The role is responsible for accurately quoting, building, and communicating updates for truckload opportunities.
  • Ability to multi-task to quote, accurately build loads, and communicate shipment updates
  • We hire talented individuals who will provide the best support and can quickly adapt to the rapidly changing world of logistics.

Requirements

  • Capability of sight and hearing required.
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations and occasionally working extended hours.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
  • ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize daily workload
  • Candidate must be able to overcome issues and resolve problems.

Compensation

  • Salary: $38-40K (based on experience) plus commissions
  • The fact your compensation is based on terms of an 'annual salary' does not entitle you to any pay, compensation, or benefits in the event your employment is terminated and does not, in any way, change your status as an at-will employee.
  • Profit Sharing: Typical annual contribution of 15% of total eligible compensation
