About the role
- This role is responsible for coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and supporting franchise operations initiatives, as well as cross-functional projects involving Operations, Training, and Sales.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and maintain records, reports, correspondence, and business documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements and event logistics.
- Support franchise onboarding processes through documentation, coordination, and administrative follow-up.
- Maintain office supply inventory and coordinate purchasing and vendor-related activities.
- Support preparation of presentations, reports, and internal communications as needed.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
- The Franchise Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Franchise Operations team, ensuring the efficient execution of daily business activities across the Northeast region.
- This position plays a key role in supporting franchise growth, improving operational coordination, and ensuring consistent communication across teams while delivering reliable and high-quality internal and external support.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Experience supporting operations, sales, training, or cross-functional business teams is preferred.
- Experience in retail, food service, franchise, or multi-location environments is a plus.
- Skills & Requirements
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards, including food safety awareness.
- Associate's degree, currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree, or recently graduated in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
