About the role
- This role fosters relationships with project managers, oversees project set up and billing, interprets contracts, identifies discrepancies, and analyzes project financial data.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure billing accuracy and reviews invoices for completeness and accuracy and identifies if additional information is needed.
- Review and interpret project reporting and relay variance issues with project managers
Responsibilities

- The Billing Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders to ensure and maintain accurate budget and billing and supports core accounting operations.
- Ensure contractual compliance by thoroughly reviewing and interpreting project agreements to support accurate invoice submissions and proper documentation standards.
