About the role
- The Financial Advisory Senior Associate is a key member of the client coverage team, responsible for the day-to-day management and advancement of client relationships.
- This role sits at the center of investment strategy, wealth structuring, and client advisory, with meaningful ownership across portfolios, planning initiatives, and client experience.
- The role offers a clear path toward broader relationship ownership and leadership within the team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement portfolio strategies aligned with client objectives
- Lead portfolio monitoring and performance analysis, delivering clear client insights
- Drive planning and execution across trust, estate, and charitable initiatives
- Manage external advisors (CPAs, attorneys) ensuring alignment
- Ability to manage complex workstreams independently

Requirements
- Senior Associates operate with a high degree of autonomy and are expected to exercise judgment in both investment implementation and complex planning strategies.
- Ideal Candidate Background:

Nice to have
- 6+ years of relevant experience with HNW/UHNW clients
- Strong portfolio construction and investment implementation knowledge
- Experience with trust, estate, and charitable planning
- Strong judgment and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing junior team members preferred
- Bachelor's degree required
Compensation
- Range: ICONIQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this role, together with other compensation being offered such as a discretionary bonus, health insurance, and other perks.
- There are several factors taken into consideration in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
- At ICONIQ, we apply a total reward philosophy where all aspects of compensation and benefits are taken into consideration in determining compensation terms.
- A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $170,000 - $180,000 together with the benefits listed above.
