Partnering with the Best As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance activities and leading front-line employees to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations.

Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing.
Do you enjoy working with cross-functional teams to ensure equipment reliability, workforce productivity, and continuous improvement?

Leading and supervising front-line maintenance employees to ensure safe and effective execution of maintenance activities.
Supporting daily maintenance operations to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
Monitoring work schedules, resource allocation, and maintenance priorities to meet operational requirements.
Ensuring compliance with Baker Hughes HSE policies, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Supporting preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize downtime and improve asset performance.
Managing activities within established budgets and contributing to efficient use of resources.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and operational documentation.
Promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Supporting employee development through coaching, performance management, and skills development initiatives.
