About the role

  • The purpose of this position is to facilitate the smooth movement of work orders throughout the organization.
  • This position will work closely with the Planner, Supervisor, and Production Associates to ensure customer request dates are met.
  • Along with those identified below, other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Support line Associate, allowing them to focus on building parts.
  • Lead lean activities to drive improvements in our core KPI's.

Requirements

  • Strong analytic skills, a high degree of Microsoft Excel knowledge is required.

Nice to have

  • Kanban experience, Oracle software is preferred.

  • Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
