About the role
- This is a true player-coach role: you'll be equally comfortable deep in the weeds of a forecast and zoomed out framing the big-picture story for our executive team.

- This role reports to the Director of Finance.
Responsibilities
- Own the FP&A process front to back - from data inputs and model mechanics through to the insights and recommendations that reach the executive team
- Build and stand up core planning processes from scratch, establishing the cadence, structure, and rigor that will scale with the company
- Develop and maintain our headcount model, opex model, and cash flow forecasts, ensuring rigorous analysis and accuracy
- Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics, and translate them into actionable insights for stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations
