About the role
- The Accounts Receivable Analyst will report to the AR/Credit Manager and be an integral part of the back-office Finance team with responsibilities covering the initiation of the credit review process, collections, dispute & claim management, and account reconciliations.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on collections & maintain the integrity of the accounts receivable base.
- Manage a high volume of customer chargebacks and deductions.

Nice to have
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role.
Skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage large volume workload.
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft software (V-lookups, Formulas, AI,etc.)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of Order to Cash Process
- Understanding of Social Media Shipments
- Strong organizational skills-able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Ability to gather and analyze data, compile important & pertinent information, and prepare reports.
- Focus on providing excellence in customer service.
- Strong analytical skills, detail & results oriented.
- Education and Experience:
- DEC or DEP in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in dealing with major retailers a plus.
Compensation
- $46,000 - $83,700 CAD
- The annual salary range for this position is displayed below.

- Effectuer le suivi des recouvrements et assurer l'intégrité du portefeuille des comptes clients.
- Identifier et résoudre les litiges liés aux paiements ainsi que les écarts de façon rapide et efficace.
- Gérer un volume élevé de rétrofacturations (chargebacks) et de déductions effectuées par les clients.
- Analyser les processus existants et proposer des améliorations aux systèmes et aux méthodes de travail, avec un fort accent sur l'excellence opérationnelle.
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Ventes et Opérations) afin de valider les déductions.
- Participer à l'intégration (onboarding) des nouveaux clients.
- Capacité à établir les priorités et à gérer un volume de travail élevé.
- Excellente maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Excel (RECHERCHEV/XLOOKUP, formules, fonctions d'IA, etc.).
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en négociation.
- Bonne connaissance du processus Order-to-Cash (O2C).
