About the role

We have domestic ammunition manufacturing facilities in Minnesota, Idaho, Arkansas, and Missouri, and service law enforcement, government agencies and sporting enthusiasts throughout the world.
As the Security Officer you will have the opportunity to provide basic plant security to protect employees, facilities, and plant assets.
Shift Hours: 6:00am-6:00pm Schedule rotation working Thursday's and Fridays with every other weekend working Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Make foot and/or vehicle-assisted rounds, perform various compliance inspections under environmental, safety and security mandated programs. Monitor camera's, alarm panels and badge reading equipment.
Warns violators and documents any infractions such as loitering, trespassing, smoking in restricted areas, and carrying forbidden articles.
Performs non-routine tasks and other duties as assigned.

Ability to use stairs, work from heights or in cramped areas, manual dexterity for use of handheld radios and flashlights, normal eyesight and hearing.
Must have valid driver's license without restrictions
Must be able to pass background checks for unsupervised access to explosives (Employee Possessor)
Must be able to work under stressful conditions
Must be able to work alone with minimal supervision
Ability to work varied work schedules as needed
Must be trained in threat response within 90 days of employment
Must be certified in First Aid/CPR within 6 months of hire

Starting Hourly Rate: $22.31
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
