About the role
- This is a highly hands-on role working directly with employees across Engineering, GTM, Product, and Operations.
- This is a W-2 contract position with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact at one of the fastest-growing AI companies.
Responsibilities
- Own employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, SSO, and MDM platforms.
- Support office networking, conference rooms, printers, and internal technology.
- Maintain endpoint compliance.
- Manage device inventory.
- Support SOC2 compliance initiatives.
- Manage hardware inventory.
- Support office operations and employee productivity.
- Partner with People Operations on onboarding and offboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience administering macOS devices.
- Experience with Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and identity management.
Nice to have
- Startup experience.
- Experience with Rippling and Okta.
- Python or Bash scripting.
- Automation experience.
- SOC2 compliance.
- Jamf, Kandji, or Intune administration.
- You enjoy helping people solve technical problems.
- You automate repetitive work whenever possible.
