About the role
- This position reports to the Director of Supply and works closely with the leaders of all the S&OP departments.
- This position will require periodic travel to multiple growing regions throughout the year.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned product lines from receipt to shipment, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Partner with QC and Production teams to review daily inspection reports, evaluate incoming product, identify quality concerns, and make purchasing decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of product inspections and communicate with vendors and internal teams as needed.
- Develops and innovates sourcing strategy for assigned commodities.
- Analyze daily inventory levels to maintain freshness and ease the flow of materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Minimum of 2+ years in procurement or related field.
- Integrate new suppliers into our network with the collaboration of the Quality Assurance Team in order to help them reach the level of excellence required by company standards.
Skills
- Basics: Microsoft Office Suite, strong emphasis in Excel.
- Industry Specific: ERP Software; Famous, Forecasting Software.
- Experience in the CPG space, preferably in fresh produce.
- Food Safety and Quality regulations: Primus, BRC, HAACP, GMP, GSFI.

Compensation
- SALARY RANGE- $130-$180K (DOE), BONUS, FULL BENEFITS, RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, 401K, and more.**
