About the role
- You will communicate with the Leadership team and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations, the rights of consultative bodies and our company culture.
- Ultimately, you should be able to act as an expert on human resources management and organizational changes.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the HR Director and other HRBPs to resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Partner with Payroll Partners to provide accurate and timely inputs for Payroll processing
- Partner with stakeholders to develop policies and procedures.
- Analyzing and reporting HR information to support with benchmarking and the development of HR strategies and solutions. Ensuring that all internal and external reporting requirements are satisfied through the provision of management information.
Requirements
- Strong HR knowledge and experience in Canada, US, Mexico employment law & practices
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Role is an individual contributor role that requires strong operational HR experience with a focus on execution
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

Skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Analytical and goal oriented
- Thorough knowledge of employment legislation
- Certified HR Practitioner
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, master's qualification preferred.
- Experience with Workday will be desirable
