About the role

  • The role focuses on improving project delivery workflows, supporting ODOT certification compliance, organizing and governing SharePoint content, maintaining the Project Management Resource Manual, and assisting with the rollout of new project management software.

Responsibilities

  • The Land Use and Transportation (LUT) Department supports planning, development, and delivery of county infrastructure.
  • Within LUT, the Capital Project Services (CPS) division manages capital improvement projects and provides operational, analytical, and compliance support necessary for effective project delivery.
  • CPS coordinates ODOT certification requirements, maintains project management resources, implements new information systems, and supports cross department collaboration for federally and locally funded transportation projects.
  • This position provides essential analytical, operational, and technical support to the Capital Project Services division.
  • The Management Analyst II evaluates processes, interprets regulations, develops recommendations, prepares reports, and supports information system implementation to ensure efficient, compliant, and consistent project delivery across the division.
  • Knowledge of public administration practices, including grant monitoring, regulatory compliance, and program analysis to support capital project requirements.
  • Strong data collection, reporting, and documentation skills, including preparing reports, maintaining large documents (e.g., manuals), ensuring version control, and using spreadsheets, databases, and other analytical tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in public or business administration, statistics, accounting, or a related field that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • AND two (2) years of progressively responsible professional experience in administrative, operations, or similar analyses.
  • Associate Degree in public or business administration, statistics, accounting, or a related field that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • AND four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in administrative, operations, or similar analyses.

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in public or business administration, statistics, accounting, or a related field that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities; AND four (4) years of progressively responsible professional experience in administrative, operations, or similar analyses.

Compensation

  • $90,615.36 - $110,120.04 Salary
