About the role

The Tax Manager/Director in our Flow-Through practice plays a key leadership role in delivering tax compliance and planning services for partnerships, LLCs, and S corporations.
You'll also oversee engagement workflows, review technical work, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients on flow-through tax matters.
This position is ideal for a tax professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values client interaction, and is committed to deepening their expertise in partnership and S corporation taxation.

Maintain and develop client relationships as primary client contact on all tax compliance and consulting matters.
Deliver and Develop innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.
Develop recommendations and implementation plans for clients and team members.
Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing them with counseling, leadership and career guidance.
This individual manages and executes complex client engagements, providing strategic guidance that supports both tax efficiency and overall business objectives.
In this role, you'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to develop tailored tax solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery across a diverse portfolio.
As a leader within the team, the Tax Manager/Director mentors and develops junior staff, fostering technical growth and promoting best practices.

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or related field.
Working knowledge of tax compliance and consulting with a variety of clients in varying industries.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a professional services organization with a taxation focus.
The ability to oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.
Experience mentoring and training more junior level team members.
