Responsibilities
- Build a QMS system architecture based on the organizational structure.
- Establish quality system documents (including quality manual) based on factory requirements and company background, responsible for organizing the related functions for the procedure document cross checking and sign-off, keep running.
- Organize internal quality system audits and management reviews, coordinating with third-party training and certification agency, organizing certification documents submission, and in charge of certification audits until certificate release.
- Develop standard inspection guidelines
- Maintain clear records of all quality activities, including quality reports, audit records, and corrective measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in quality engineering in manufacturing industry, with priority given to those with experience in battery or automotive battery industry.

Compensation
- The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $90,000- $120,000, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
- Please note that the listed compensation reflects the base salary only and does not include bonus or benefits.
- Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range.
